Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on daily.ocloo.tech ("the Site"), operated by OcloO ("OcloO Daily", "we"). By placing an order you accept them.

Products

Products are described and photographed as accurately as possible; colours and packaging may differ slightly. Prices are shown in the currency you select and include the product price; delivery is shown at checkout.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is no longer available; any amount paid is then refunded in full.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates given on each product page and on the Shipping & Returns page. Import duties of the destination country, if any, are paid by the customer.

Returns and refunds

You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Damaged or faulty items are replaced or refunded when reported within 7 days with a photo or video.

Warranty and use

Use the products as described in their instructions. Electrical devices must be used with a compatible power supply. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse.
